Shipping policy
Super LED Plus Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are determined using the items being purchased and destination zip code. Items requiring special handling may incur additional charges. Shipping outside the continental US may also incur additional shipping charges.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
All orders are shipped through UPS and FedEX. Shipments sent to P.O. Boxes may incur additional charges.
Handling Time
Orders received by 12 pm CST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 12 pm CST will ship the next business day. High Quantity and Heavy Item orders will require 1 Business Day of additional Handling Time to ship. Orders received before 12 pm are not guaranteed same day shipping and actual fulfilment time will differ based on daily volume.
Express and Overnight
We do offer Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery Services. These orders must be placed by 11am CST to ship the same business day. Express and Overnight Orders placed after 11am CST will ship the next business day. Express and Overnight Services DO NOT deliver on Saturday, Sunday and some Federal Holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days for Super LED Plus Shipping services. Super LED Plus is open on Saturdays but does not ship orders on this day of the week.
Any changes to Express, Overnight and Standard orders must be received within an hour of the order placed or Super LED Plus will consider the order final and proceed to fulfilment. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once shipped, please, contact us to request a cancellation and we will attempt to cancel the order. Shipped Orders are not guaranteed Cancellation.
